Why HoliFit?
HoliFit exists because fitness should include the whole you — not just workouts, but also mindset, self-care and personal growth. I believe movement is powerful, but it becomes truly life-changing when it's connected to how you think, feel and show up in your everyday life. HoliFit is here to give you structure, support and accountability, while still respecting your unique body and circumstances.
My values
The three core values that guide everything I do are self-care, self-determination and self-discipline.
- Self-care: honouring your body and mind, listening to your needs, and making rest and nourishment part of your routine.
- Self-determination: owning your choices, setting your own goals, and defining what "strong" and "healthy" mean for you.
- Self-discipline: showing up consistently for yourself, even on the hard days, and building the habits that support your long-term wellbeing.
My journey
My fitness journey has been full of ups and downs, learning and growth. I've experienced how hard it can be to stay consistent, to rebuild confidence, and to balance real life with health goals. Those experiences shaped the way I coach today — with honesty, empathy and a focus on what is realistic for real women with real lives.
I don't believe in perfection. I believe in progress, in small steps that add up, and in building a relationship with movement that feels empowering instead of punishing. That's the energy I bring to HoliFit and to every woman I work with.
